Shipping & Returns
At Murdick’s Fudge of Petoskey, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives fresh, secure, and ready to enjoy.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail from our store in Petoskey, Michigan. We do not ship on weekends. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. Most packages arrive within three business days, but delivery may take up to five business days depending on your location and seasonal shipping volume.
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes outside this region or internationally at this time.
If you are placing an order for a special occasion or need it by a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order early to allow for any potential shipping delays.
Packaging & Freshness
Each slice of fudge is individually wrapped and packaged securely with bubble wrap to protect your order in transit. Our fudge stays fresh for up to two weeks at room temperature when wrapped in plastic. For longer storage, wrap each slice in foil and freeze. We do not recommend refrigeration, as it may cause the fudge to dry out.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not meet our standards of quality, please contact us right away and we will gladly offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
We ask that any concerns be reported within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
